Data Deletion Instructions
In compliance with Meta Platform Policies and global data protection guidelines (GDPR & CCPA), MantionPlus provides transparent channels to disconnect services and permanently purge personal data.
1. Disconnecting Instagram Accounts
You can disconnect any linked Instagram accounts instantly from the Channels tab inside your Account Settings panel. This instantly revokes active tokens and stops webhook event delivery.
2. Deleting Your MantionPlus Account
To permanently delete your MantionPlus account, send a deletion request from your registered email address to support@mantionplus.in. Our team will verify your identity and initiate the account purging sequence.
3. Data Removal Timeline
Once account deletion is requested, all associated databases records, CRM contacts, keyword triggers, automation workflows, logs, and authentication histories are permanently removed from our active databases within 7 business days.
4. Billing Cancellation
Subscriptions must be cancelled from the Billing tab inside Account Settings before initiating account deletion. Once cancelled, no further billing transactions will occur.
Meta Data Deletion Callback
If you installed MantionPlus as an authorized application on Facebook/Instagram and wish to delete your data via Meta’s dashboard, you can trigger a callback request.
